Our journey in the world of embroidery began over 30 years ago with our founder, Alan. As a master digitizer and lover of all things technical, Alan’s passion for embroidery led him to start his own business in digitizing.

Starting out with the traditional, in-person approach, Alan quickly gained a reputation for his professionalism and excellent customer service. Alan’s expertise in the field even led him to master the functionality of 20-head embroidery machines while teaching himself how to digitize.

As his business grew, so did his team and the reach of PRO Digitizing. Today, we are a web-based company with a team of trained, graphic design-educated digitizers and customer service professionals, based in San Diego, California.

Our mission has always been to provide top-quality digitized and vector files to embroiderers around the world, while still maintaining the same dedication to excellent customer service and fair pricing.
