Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities or actions that occur under your account or password. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PRO digitizing and its licensors. All content and materials on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent. You may not use any of our intellectual property without our express written consent.

User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. We respect your rights and will not use your work in any manner unless given written permission. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.

Cancellation of Account
You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us via email at design@prodigitizing.com. Upon cancellation, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and you will no longer have access to any files saved to your account.

We reserve the right to cancel accounts that do not abide by our terms of service. Additionally, we may cancel accounts at our own discretion at any time.

Disruption of Services
We strive to provide uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee that it will always be available. Interruptions may occur due to technical issues or maintenance. To avoid any issues during these times, we recommend backing up all files to a secondary location. We will not be liable for any disruption of service.

Purchases and Payments
If you purchase any product or service through our website, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your chosen payment method. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected. A decline in payment can result in a delay in your original promised file delivery date.

File Delivery
All files will be delivered within one business day. If your delivery date falls on a scheduled holiday, the files will be delivered on the next business day. Please note that any changes requested after your order has been processed can delay the original scheduled delivery date.

Your completed files will be delivered via email. We are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party delivery services. Additionally, please check your spam folder, as delivery emails may be filtered there.

File Creation
All files are hand-digitized using the instructions included in your quote and the image you submitted. Please ensure the accuracy of all instructions and images before processing your order. We will use this information to create your file.

Refunds
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase to discuss a possible refund.

Copyrighted Elements
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you provide to us for digitizing or vector creation. You agree not to upload or share any content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. Additionally, we are unable to reproduce any copyrighted elements without written permission from the original copyright holder.

Garment Damages/Limitation of Liability
PRO digitizing is not responsible for any damage to garments that occurs during or after the digitizing process. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PRO digitizing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service. We are not responsible for any damage to goods.

Termination of Account
We reserve the right to terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms and upon our discretion.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
